Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated November 13, 2002, recorded at Deed Book

specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto
NOW. November 13 ,2002 . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor
and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor
by Owner paid
· it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

Ali that certain lot, tract or parcel of land located in Silver Spdngs
Township, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows
to wit:
Beginning at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Stone Run Ddve,
said point being located the following two (2)courses from the centerline
projected of Spring View Court 1) South seventy-eight degrees, five minutes,
zero seconds East (S 78° 05' 00" E), a distance of five hundred thirty-two and
eighty-nine hundredth feet (532,89') 2) by the same, by a curve to the left, having
a radius of two hundred fifty feet (R = 250.00'), an arc distance of ninety-four and
eighteen hundredth feet (NL = 94.18'); thence from said point of Beginning, by
the southern right-of-way line of Stone Run Ddve, by a curve to the left, having a
radius of two hundred fifty feet (R = 250.00'), an arc distance of seventy~nine and
ninety-nine hundredth feet'(A/L = 79.99') to a point; thence by Lot No. 46 South
twenty-eight degrees, zero minutes, zero seconds East (S 28° 00' 00" E), a
distance of one hundred thirty-eight and twenty-three hundredth feet (138.23') to
a point; thence by Open Space No. 3, South fifty-nine degrees, fifty-three
minutes, forty-two seconds West ($ 59° 53' 42" VV), a distance of one hundred
thirty and thirty-two hundredth feet (130.32') to a point; thence by Lot No. 44
North nine degrees, forty minutes, zero seconds West (N 09° 40' 00" W), a
distance of one hundred sixty=four and three hundredth feet (164.03') to a point,
