COMPLAINT

Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located
at 3810 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
2.
U.S. Auto Repossesors, Inc. has a place of business
located at 314 South 3rd Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
3.
On or around September 6, 1996 U. S. Auto Repossessors,
Inc. borrowed from Reliance Finance Company the sum of $34,000.00.
copy of the Note is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4.
U, S. Auto Repossessers, Inc. failed to make payments to
Plaintiff pursuant to the aforesaid Note.
The balance owing to
Plaintiff on the Note is $8,117.99.

Reliance Finance Company has demanded that U.S. Auto
Repossessors, Inc, pay the aforesaid balance, however, U.S. Auto
Repossessers, Inc. refuses to do the same
WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against
U.S. Auto Repossessors, Inc. in the amount of $8,117.99.
