Hartman and Associates, Inc., approved by Middlesex Township and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 77, Page 148 on November 18,

the aforesaid plan and on the eastern dedicated right-of-way line

of the dedicated right-of-way line of Hickory town Road aforesaid;
