for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
ifthis cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.

AND NOW, this ll.'!!>day of T /n1..L--... 2000, comes the Petitioner, Nannette M.
Slusser, by her attorneys, Irwin, McKnight and Hughes, and presents the following Petition for
Custody.
1.
The petitioner is Nannette M. Slusser, an adult individual residing at 723 North Pitt
Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2.
The respondent is Lloyd J. Slusser, III, an adult individual residing 263 Longs Gap Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3.
The parties are the natural parents of three minor children, namely Kyle J. Slusser, born
July 2,1987, Colton L. Slusser, born January 6,1989, and Cameron S. Slusser, born April 17,
1992.

Petitioner desires primary physical custody of the children and joint legal custody with
periods of visitation to respondent as can be mutually arranged between the parties.
6.
The best interest of the children requires that the court grant the petitioner's request as set
forth above.
WHEREFORE, petitioner respectfully seeks the entry of an Order of Court seeking
primary physical custody of the children and joint legal custody with periods of visitation to
respondent as can be mutually arranged between the parties.

Stipulation, custody of the minor children, KYLE J. SLUSSER, COLTON L. SLUSSER, and
CAMERON S. SLUSSER, is as follows:

The parents, Nannette M. Slusser and Lloyd J. Slusser, III, will enjoy joint legal custody
of the children.
2.
Primary physical custody of the children will be with the mother, Nannette M. Slusser.
3.
The father, Lloyd J. Slusser, III, will enjoy periods of temporary physical custody of the
children as follows:
a. Every other weekend on Friday evening until Sunday morning at
times agreed upon by the parties;
b. Major holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving will
be shared by the parties at times upon which they mutually agree;
c. Each party will give the other one (1) week notice of a change in the
temporary custody schedule;

The parties will equally share the costs of any college education which their children
are enrolled.

petitioner, Nannette M. Slusser, and that she have primary physical custody of said children.

The parties agree to have shared legal custody of the children. They agree to consult with
one another regarding the health, safety and education of the children.
