The Borough of Mount Holly Springs files this Municipal Claim against Barb Co.,
Owner, and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by it and
described as follows:
Mountain and Park Streets
Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065
Tax Property Map: 23-32-2338
Parcel No.: 038
for unpaid sewer, water and trash services rendered from January 1, 2002 through October 1,
2002. Said services were rendered pursuant to the Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters
XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2 and IX, Part 1, as amended and applicable rate resolutions of the
Mount Holly Springs Borough Authority.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account
with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of $8,907.39 for the above period was
duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning January 1, 2002 and for which
sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seq., as supplemented and

amended and the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, 53 P.S. § 301, et seq., as supplemented and
