Plaintiff acquired title by reason of a Sheriff's Sale conducted by the Sheriff of Cumberland County on June 7, 2000, by reason of Writ of Execution issued out of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, No. 99-4773-Civil at the suit of First Union National Bank v.
