Construction Contractor in the Court of Common Pleas, County of Cumberland , Pennsylvania Number/~2~ht /~/, t~') Term, 2002 Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said contractor, a sole proprietorship organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for the General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in Middlesex Township being known and addressed as 106B WoWs Bridge Road, as further described on the deed for the propen'y attached herewith. Now, Therefore, on November 14, 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the said comraetor and the further consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the comractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or furnished in connection with the construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith. ~itness, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
