AND NOW, this_day of

having been provided to all interested parties, the Court hereby awards ownership of one 1978 Ford Grenada,
bearing vehicle identification number 8W81L173211 to Chris N. Dyra... and the right, title, and interest of any
other person to said vehicle is heathy extinguished. The Department of Transportation may accept this order as
evidence in lieu of a certificate of title. The petitioner sha1l submit the appropriate forms, tL'tes and fees and
comply with any other procedures of the Department of Transportation in order to receive the appropriate
certificate of title of said vehicle.

Petition To Obtain Title of a Vehicle
In Decemberof1999, I made a purchase ofa 1978 Ford Grenada VIN # 8W81LI73211, responding toanewapaper ad of
said vehicle that said $500 or trade for guitar. I, unfortunately, went for the latter option.. ,because of the status of my
finances at the time. I met the apparent owner at York Waste DisposaL.987 Trindle Rd...Mechanicsburg, P A.
The apparent owner, whose first name was Dale, and I ...agreed upon the trade. I was given and stiI1 have possession of the
title with Mr. Charles L. Smith's name on the title as the legal owner, but without the necessary notarized signature. 1 was
told that Mr, Smith was employed at York Waste Disposal., but I have not been able to find him. After several mouths, I
sent two letters to Mr. Smith to the address on the title at PO Box 47...Gardners, PA 17324 asking for action on this...a
meeting to sigu this off. 1 received no responce.
Hence, I am writtiIlg this petition.
I verify that the statements made in this petition are true and correct. I understand that false statements herein are subject to
the penalties of 18 P A C.S. # 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.
