Whereas, William L. Hummel and Cheryl A. Hummel, his wife, of
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with D. Cully Inc., tibia C & C Construction
Inc., of 5745 Spring Road, S~m sdale, Pennsylvania 17090 for the
erection of I l ~ upon the land
situate in East Pennsboro Towns ip, Cumberland County, pennsylvania
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot
East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
River Bend- A Planned Community;
of lands siutate in
known as Lot 31 of
BEING the same premises which River Bend Management Limited
Partnership, by their deed of even date and about to be recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office, has granted and
conveyed to William L. Hummel and Cheryl L. Hummel, his wife.
NOW, June ,2000, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority
has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with OWNER and the
further consideration of One Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by
the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
