1. Plaintiff is CENDANT MORTGAGE CORPORATION, F/K/A PHH MORTGAGE
SERVICES CORPORATION.
2. Defendant is PETER HAMEL OR OCCUPANT.
3. Plaintiff is the owner of premises located at 49 NORTH 9TH STREET, LEMOYNE, P A
17043, a legal description of which is attached.
4. Plaintiff became owner of said premises by a Deed from the Sheriff of CUMBERLAND
County, which Deed was lodged and settlement made with the Sheriff (Abstract of Title).
5. Plaintiff, by virtue of the above, is the owner of said premises, and is entitled to possession
thereof. The defendant is occupying the said premises without right and so far as the plaintiff is
informed, without claim of title.
6. Plaintiff has demanded possession of the said premises from the said defendant who has refused
to deliver up possession of same.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff seeks to recover possession of said premises.

DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in a tract of land known as Washington Heights, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point 120 feet South of the southeast corner of Walnut Street and Ninth Street
(formerly known as Washington Avenue); thence extending along Ninth Street in a southerly
direction 40 feet to a point; thence by line at right angles to Ninth Street in an easterly direction 85
feet to a proposed alley, not yet opened; thence by line at right angles to the last mentioned line in a
northerly direction 40 feet to a point 120 feet South of Walnut Street; thence by line parallel with
Walnut Street in a westerly direction 85 feet to a point and the place of BEGINNING.
SAID LOT containing 40 feet in front and extending back an even width 85 feet to a proposed alley
not yet opened.

TITLE TO SAID PREMISES IS VESTED IN Peter A. Hamel and Teresa J. Hamel husband and
