COMPLAINT
And now comes Plaintiff Troy A. Zang who files his Complaint as follows:
1. Plainti:ft: Troy A. Zang is an adult individual and currently resides at 334 Juniper
Street, Carlisle, Cmnberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant, T & M Automotive, Tony Monnet is an adult individual and having a
principal place of business at 1412 Trindle Road, Carlisle, Cmnberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. On or about February 7, 2000, Defendant diagnosed vehicle as having internal
transmission problems. (Exhibit "A")
4. On or about February 15, 2000, Plaintiff returned vehicle to Defendant to have
internal transmission problem repaired.
5. On or about February 15, 2000, Defendant discovered that transmission had no
internal problems and therefore could not repair it.
6. On or about February 16, 2000, Plaintiff paid Five Hundred Ten dollars
($5l0.00)(Exhibit "B") but transmission was in fact not repaired due to
misdiagnosis by Defendant.
7. On or about June 1, 2000, a District Justice hearing was held whereat Plaintiff
was awarded judgment in the amount ofFour Hundred Ninety Eight dollars
(498.00). (Exhibit "C")
8. Subsequently, on or about July 3, 2000, Defendant filed a Notice Of
Appea1.(Exhibit "D")
Wherefore, it is requested that judgment be entered in fuvor of the Plaintiff and
against Defendant in the amount of Five Hundred Ten dollars ($510.00) plus
interest, fees, and costs.
