CIVIL ACTION - COMPLAINT IN EIECTMENT
PNC Bank, N.A., by its attorneys, Grenen & Birsic, P.C., and files this Complaint in
Ejectment, as follows:
1. Plaintiff is a lending institution duly authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania with a place of business located at Two PNC Plaza, yd Floor, 620 Liberty Avenue,
Pittsburgh, PA 15222
2. The Defendants, Harry J. Bell and Kathi B. Bell are an individuals whose last known
address is 400 Brick Church Road, Enola, P A 17025.
3. On or about June 7, 2000, the real property and improvements thereon commonly know
as 400 Brick Church Road, Enola, P A 17025 (hereinafter "Premises") were sold to Plaintiff pursuant
to the Sheriff's Sale in Cumberland County. A true and correct copy of the legal description of said
property is marked as Exhibit" A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. At the time of the Sheriff Sale, Defendants were occupying the Premises.
S'j' Plaintiff, by virtue of said Sheriff's Sale, is the owner of the Premises and therefore right
to immed'ate possession and title to the Premises is in Plaintiff and not in Defendants.

6. On June 13, 2000, counsel for Plaintiff sent written notice to the Defendants to vacate
the Premises on or before June 28, 2000. A ttue and correct copy of said Notices are marked Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
7. Defendants are occupying, using and enjoying the Premises without right and to Plaintiffs
knowledge without claim of title.
8. Defendants are unjustly and unlawfully obtained possession of the Premises to the
dettiment of Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendants for possession of the Premises
known as 400 Brick Church Road, Enola, P A 17025, together with such other relief as this
Honorable Court may deem necessary.

situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BOUNDED on the North by a ten (10) feet public alley; On the East by Brick Church Road,
formerly State Street; On the South by Dauphin Street; and On the West by Lot No.2, Section "A",
owned now or late by Lottie C. Dubs.
BEING known as Lot No.1, Section "A", on Plan of Lots known as "Eno1a Terrace", in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, said Plan being recorded in the Recorder's
Office in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book No.1, Page 3.
CONTAINING fifty-four (54) feet, seven (7) inches on Dauphin Street, and extending back
along said Lot No.2, one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet three (3) inches to said public alley; thence
along said public alley a distance of eighty-four (84) feet six (6) inches to State Street; thence along
said State Street one hundred forty-four (144) feet five (5) inches to Dauphin Street, the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Shirley D. Bryner, by Deed dated September 12, 1985 and
recorded in the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County on September 16, 1985, in Deed Book
M3l page 258, granted and conveyed unto Harry 1. Bell and Kathi B. Bell, as husband and wife.
