1. Plaintiff is WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., F/KIA NORWEST MORTGAGE,
INC..
2. Defendant is AMANDA CARBAUGH OR OCCUPANT.
3. Plaintiff is the owner of premises located at 113 BUNGALOW ROAD, ENOLA, PA 17025,
a legal description of which is attached.
4. Plaintiff became owner of said premises by a Deed from the Sheriff of CUMBERLAND
County, which Deed was lodged and settlement made with the Sheriff (Abstract of Title).
5. Plaintiff, by virtue of the above, is the owner of said premises, and is entitled to possession
thereof. The defendant is occupying the said premises without right and so far as the plaintiff is
informed, without claim of title.
6. Plaintiff has demanded possession of the said premises from the said defendant who has refused
to deliver up possession of same.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff seeks to recover possession of said premises.

Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BOUNDED on the West by Duke Street; on the North by Bungalow Road; on the East by an alley;
and on the South by Lot No. 133 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots.
BEING Lots Nos. 13:+, 135', 136, and 137 on Plan of Lots known as Shady Lane; East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as laid out by Arthur C. Young, said Plan being
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Cumberland County Plan Book I, Page 92.
LOTS Nos. 134 and 135 having thereon erected a two and one-half story frame dwelling known as
139 Bungalow Road (now known as 113 Bungalow Road), Enola, Pennsylvania.
LOTS NOS. 134, 135 and 136 each containing 50 feet in front on Duke Street and extending
