RELEASE AND WAIVER OF MECHANIC'S LIEN
In consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-seven ($3,387.50)
Dollars and Fifty Cents paid to MELVIN E. CASSEL ENTERPRISES, me. (Contractor) , by
JAMES L. and BETH BURNS ("Releasees"/ Owners), adult individuals who reside at 6393 Log
Cabin Road, Grantville, Pennsylvania, the receipt of which is acknowledged, Melvin E. Cassel
Enterprises, Inc., a business corporation organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, with
its principal office located at Grantville, Pennsylvania, along with all of its present and former owners,
shareholders, directors, officers, agents employees, attorneys, representatives, subsidiaries, divisions,
affiIiated companies, successors and assigns, all of whom are oflawfuI age, does remise, release, and
forever discharge the releasees (Owners), their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns,
servants, agents and employees, of and from all causes of action, claims and demands, damages and
costs, accruing to Melvin E. Cassel Enterprises, Inc., and which may accrue to Melvin E. Cassel
Enterprises, Inc. in the future on account of any and all known and unknown injury, loss and damage
directly or indirectly sustained by Melvin E. Cassel Enterprises, Inc. or which may by sustained by
Melvin E. Cassel Enterprises, Inc. in the future as a result of Melvin E. Cassel Enterprises, Inc.'s
claim for moneys allegedly owed.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the payment of the said amount is in compromise
and full accord and satisfaction of a disputed claim, and that the payment is not an admission of

liability, but made solely for the purpose of terminating the
dispute between the parties.
Further, Melvin E.
Cassel
Enterprises, Inc. and all of its present and former owners,
shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys,
representatives, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies,
successors and assigns warrant that the person signing this release
has the authority to legally bind Melvin E. Cassel Enterprises,
Inc., and all of its present and former owners, shareholders,
directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, representatives,
subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, successors and
assigns.
