COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, WICKES LUMBER COMPANY, by its attorneys,
KUNDRAT & ASSOClA TES, and states the following cause of action:
1. Plaintiff, WICKES LUMBER COMPANY, is a corporation with offices and/or a
place of business situate at 451 AMP-Wick Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

2, Defendant, WILLIAM S. BOISVERT, is an adult individual with a last known
address of 35 Dakota Drive, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania.
3. Defendant, GLENN BRUNT, is an adult individual with a last known address of
9 Hilltop Circle, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4, During all relevant times Defendants conducted a business partnership under the
fictitious name Showcase Customer Builders (hereinafter "Showcase").
5.. Plaintiff is, and at all relevant times was, a wholesale distributor of building
supplies.

6. "Showcase" is, and at all relevant times was, a contractor.
7, On or about January 20,1999, "Showcase" applied to Plaintiff for credit. A true
and correct copy of the credit application is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "A".
8. Between August 10, 1999 and October 29,1999, various products, goods,
supplies, and materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "products") were ordered by
"Showcase" from Plaintiff. Plaintiff sold and provided the products ordered by "Showcase", the
same being represented by the invoices. The invoices referenced herein are too numerous to
attach but shall be supplied prior to hearing.
9. The prices charged for the products sold to "Showcase" were the fair, reasonable,
and market prices of the products, and the prices that "Showcase" agreed to pay.
10.. Plaintiff has maintained a statement of account keeping an accurate and running
amount of debits and credits for the sale of products sold to "Showcase" by Plaintiff.
11.. Plaintiff has submitted to "Showcase" statements of account accurately showing
all debits and credits for transactions with "Showcase", the most recent statement of account
showing an amount owing to Plaintiff of $22,209.66 through June 10,2000. A copy ofthe
statement of account is attached hereto and made a part hereof and collectively referred to as
Exhibit "B".
12.. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of sale contained on the statement which
terms and conditions were agreed to by Plaintiff and "Showcase", and as further stated on the
invoices, Plaintiff is entitled to receive a finance charge of 1.5% per month on past due amounts.

13. Any and all conditions precedent to the bringing of this action has been
performed by Plaintiff.
14,. The amount in controversy is within the jurisdictional amount requiring
compulsOlY arbitration. is within the jurisdictional amount requiring compulsory arbitration.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff WICKES LUMBER COMPANY respectfully requests that
judgment be entered in its behalf and against Defendants in the amount of $22,209.66 plus
interest at the rate of 1.5 per month from June 1,2000, plus reasonable attorney's fees calculated
at a rate of $145.00 per hour, plus the costs of this action, and such relief as the court deems just
and proper.

AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, WICKES LUMBER COMPANY, by its attomeys,
KUNDRAT & ASSOCIATES, and states the following cause of action:
1. Plaintiff, WICKES LUMBER COMPANY, is a corporation with offices and/or a
place of business situate at 451 AMP-Wick Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

2. Defendant, WILLIAM S. BOISVERT, is an adult individual with a last known
address of 35 Dakota Drive, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania.
3. Defendant, GLENN BRUNT, is an adult individual with a last known address of
9 Hilltop Circle, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. During all relevant times Defendants conducted a business partnership under the
fictitious name Showcase Customer Builders (hereinafter "Showcase").
5.. Plaintiff is, and at all relevant times was, a wholesale distributor of building
supplies.

6. "Showcase" is, and at all relevant times was, a contractor.
7, On or about January 20, 1999, "Showcase" applied to Plaintifffor credit. A true
and correct copy of the credit application is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "A".

8. Between August 10, 1999 and October 29,1999, various products, goods,
supplies, and materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "products") were ordered by
"Showcase" from Plaintiff. Plaintiff sold and provided the products ordered by "Showcase", the
same being represented by the invoices. The invoices referenced herein are too numerous to
attach but shall be supplied prior to hearing.
9. The prices charged for the products sold to "Showcase" were the fair, reasonable,
and market prices of the products, and the prices that "Showcase" agreed to pay.
10. Plaintiff has maintained a statement of account keeping an accurate and running
amount of debits and credits for the sale of products sold to "Showcase" by Plaintiff.
11. Plaintiff has submitted to "Showcase" statements of account accurately showing
all debits and credits for transactions with "Showcase", the most recent statement of account
showing an amount owing to Plaintiff of $22,209.66 through June 10,2000. A copy of the
statement of account is attached hereto and made a part hereof and collectively referred to as
Exhibit "B".
12. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of sale contained on the statement which
terms and conditions were agreed to by Plaintiff and "Showcase", and as further stated on the
invoices, Plaintiff is entitled to receive a fmance charge of 1.5% per month on past due amounts.

at a rate of $145.00 per hour, plus the costs of this action, and such relief as the court deems just
and proper.

COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, WICKES LUMBER COMPANY, by its attomeys,
KUNDRAT & ASSOCIATES, and states the following cause of action:
1. Plaintiff, WICKES LUMBER COMPANY, is a corporation with offices and/or a
place of business situate at 451 AMP-Wick Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

2. Defendant, WILLIAM S. BOISVERT, is an adult individual with a last known
address of 35 Dakota Drive, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania.
3. Defendant, GLENN BRUNT, is an adult individual with a last known address of
9 Hilltop Circle, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. During all relevant times Defendants conducted a business partnership under the
fictitious name Showcase Customer Builders (hereinafter "Showcase").
5.. Plaintiff is, and at all relevant times was, a wholesale distributor of building
supplies.
6. "Showcase" is, and at all relevant times was, a contractor.
7, On or about January 20, 1999, "Showcase" applied to Plaintifffor credit. A true
and correct copy of the credit application is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "A".

8. Between August 10, 1999 and October 29,1999, various products, goods,
supplies, and materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "products") were ordered by
"Showcase" from Plaintiff. Plaintiff sold and provided the products ordered by "Showcase", the
same being represented by the invoices, The invoices referenced herein are too numerous to
attach but shall be supplied prior to hearing.
9. The prices charged for the products sold to "Showcase" were the fair, reasonable,
and market prices of the products, and the prices that "Showcase" agreed to pay.
10. Plaintiff has maintained a statement of account keeping an accurate and running
amount of debits and credits for the sale of products sold to "Showcase" by Plaintiff.
11. Plaintiff has submitted to "Showcase" statements of account accurately showing
all debits and credits for transactions with "Showcase", the most recent statement of account
showing an amount owing to Plaintiff of $22,209.66 through June 10,2000. A copy ofthf'
statement of account is attached hereto and made a part hereof and collectively referred to as
Exhibit "B".
12. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of sale contained on the statement which
terms and conditions were agreed to by Plaintiff and "Showcase", and as further stated on the
invoices, Plaintiff is entitled to receive a finance charge of 1.5% per month on past due amounts.

Any and all conditions precedent to the bringing of this action has been
performed by Plaintiff.

The amount in controversy is within the jurisdictional amount requiring

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff WICKES LUMBER COMPANY respectfully requests that
judgment be entered in its behalf and against Defendants in the amount of $22,209.66 plus
interest at the rate of 1.5 per month from June 1, 2000, plus reasonable attorney's fees calculated
at a rate of$145.00 per hour, plus the costs of this action, and such relief as the court deems just
and proper.
