For sewer services rendered from 10/13/00 to 10/01/02.5~id services were rendered
pursuant to ordirmnce. Attached hereto is o statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with I-~mpden Township which sum of $431.81 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-rmmed owner and the premises on 10/01/02 and for which sum, with
interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207 (53 P.5. Section 7101, et seq.), as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of Mm/2, 1945, P.L. 382 (53 P.S. Section 301,
et seq), as emended and supplemented.
