STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, WHEA TLAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC., of 447 Granite Run Drive,
Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
WHEA TLANO CUSTOM HOMES, INC. of 447 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a dwell ings upon the lots off land situate as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN lots or tracts of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO.1 BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-
way line of Woodmyre Lane at the dividing line of Lot #T -44 and Lot #T -43, said point also
being located 265.09 feet northwest of the northern extremity of an arc connecting the
southern right-of-way line of Woodmyre Lane and the northern right-of-way line of Valley

thence continuing by the southern right-of-way line of Woodmyre Lane, North 78 degrees 59

Pennsylvania limited liability company, by its deed dated the 'lJ. day of june, 2000 and
to be recorded simultaneously herewith, granted and conveyed unto Wheatland Custom
Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, MORTGAGOR herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to the Declaration of Restrictions and
Covenants in Misc. Book 607, page 1045, and Amendment to Declaration in Mise. Book l.>'-j ~
Page ~Q:},-and to conditions, restrictions, easements and rights-of-way record.
NOW, the ')3. ~ day of june, 2000, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
WHEATlAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC., to the said WHEATLAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
ofthe making ofthe said contract with WHEA TLAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC. and the further

consideration of One Dollar, to WHEATLAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC. paid by
WHEATLAND CUSTOM HOMES, INC., it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased
for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
