DEMAND NOTE

February 14, 1997
Michael D, Blain of 70 McAllister Church Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
collectively referred to as "DEBTOR", after November 19, 1998, does promise to pay to the order
of Lynford K. Donivan, $3,476.09 without defalcation, value received, with interest from
February 14, 1997 at the rate of 12.75 % per cent, per annum, payable monthly on the
outstanding principal balance. The entire principal balance plus any accrued interest shall be due
and payable on FebrullfY 14, 2002. And further DEBTOR does hereby authorize and empower ~
any Attorney of any Court of Records of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appellf for and to enter .
Judgment against DEBTOR for the above sum, with or without declllfation, with costs of suit,
release of errors, without stay of execution, and with five per cent, added for collecting fees; and
DEBTOR also waives the right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect '
this note, and does hereby voluntllfily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter
upon the FL FA. DEBTOR's said voluntary condemnation, and DEBTOR further agrees said
estate may be sold on a FL FA., and does hereby waive and release all relief from any and all
appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any State, now in force, or hereafter to be passed.
DEBTOR hereby certifies that DEBTOR'S annual income is in excess $10,000.00 and fully
understands the terms and conditions of this Note,
