MOTION TO SEAL ENTIRE NAME CHANGE DOCKET (00-4965)
On November 22, 2000, the Court effected, by an ORDER OF COURT, the name change of
Andrew Steven Nolan, from Andrew Yu-Jen Wang to Andrew Steven Nolan (198-68-5936).
Andrew Nolan has chosen to have Andrew Nolan's location and phone number unlisted from
public information because Andrew Nolan is a private person and has continuously kept similar
information unlisted from public information. Andrew Nolan was not aware that every paper in
the docket, 00-4965, is public information. Andrew Nolan indicated Andrew Nolan's location,
401 South Market Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, on some of the court papers
within the docket (00-4965). Because, as Andrew Nolan has come to discover, every paper
within the docket (00-4965) is public information, which would remove Andrew Nolan's
location from an "unlisted" status, Andrew Nolan asks the Court to immediately seal the docket
(00-4965) and remove the entire docket (00-4965) from public information.
