ITEM I: I bequeath $35,000.00 to my nephew, LARRY O. HUGHES, if he survives me. ITEM II: I bequeath my jewelry, armoire, and everything in it, including jewelry, and my clothes, including furs, to my niece, PATRICIA ANN HUGHES ALLISON, if she survives me. ITEM III: Provided that I have been buried in the proper grave with birth and death dates recorded on my tombstone, I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to such of my step- children, NOEL E. UZEMACK, EDWARD M. UZEMACK, and BONNIE UZEMACK BAKARIC, as survive me.
