thereto, the Motion is GRANTED.
It is Ordered that Respondent:
1. Appear at deposition scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time for all
parties within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order; or
2. File a motion for a hearing on this motion within ten (10) days of service of said
Order.
3. Failure to appear at the scheduled deposition, or in the alternative, file a Motion to
Show Cause why the deposition should not be held, shall cause Respondent to suffer appropriate
sanctions upon proper application to the Court.
