WILLFUL DISOBEYANCE OF A COURT ORDER
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 11th day of January, 2007, upon
consideration of the Motion for Adjudication of Contempt and
Sanctions for willful Disobeyance of a Court Order, and pursuant
to an agreement reached in chambers of the undersigned Judge
between counsel for the Petitioner in the persons of Shelly J.
Kunkel, Esquire, and Craig Diehl, Esquire, and counsel for the
Respondents in the person of Anthony T. McBeth, Esquire, the
Motion is deemed moot based upon an amicable resolution of the
issue presented.
Pursuant to further agreement of counsel, a first
and final account shall be filed in this matter by the
co-administrators on or before March 23, 2007.
