Email to neighbors regarding recent problems with
taking the Taylors out to dinner. Cheryl appears to be
frustrating every attempt to permit the Taylors any time
with the neighbors.
Reviewing recent correspondence. Responding to same.
Drafting demand letter to Attorney Davis/Cheryl
requesting that they permit the neighbors to take the
Taylors out to dinner. Draft demand letter
Phone conversation with clients about demand letter.
Demand letter. ConfIrming the time indicated in the
demand works for the Taylors and at least one set of
neighbors. Conference w/ NO re: conflict of interest.
Phone conversation with Attorney Davis re: the Taylors
wishes. I communicated that the Taylors really want to
remove Cheryl as guardian and also wish freedom to go
out to eat with their friends on the 23. I informed
Attorney Davis that I was advising them against
removal of Cheryl because I think her
guardianship is in their best interest. We agreed to try to
coordinate dinner with the Taylors on the 23rd.
