The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. 99116(a)(1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. 9 9116(1.2) [72 P.S. 9 9116(a)(1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% (72 P.S. 9 9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to be divided and distributed as follows:
A. Twenty-five (25%) per cent thereof to my daughter. SHARON SOWERS.
In the event she predeceases me, I give, devise and bequeath said share to my
granddaughter, STEPHANIE SOWERS, PNC BANK. NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, to serve as Trustee of said share.

The income from said Trust Estate. as well as so much of the

principal as is needed according to the discretion of the Trustee. shall be
used and expended for the support and maintenance, including medical.
surgical and hospital care, and college education, or other such formal
education, such as any internship, apprenticeship, residence, clerkship. or

the like of my granddaughter, STEPHANIE SOWERS. The decision of my
Trustee as to the completion of formal education by her shall be final.
2. The amount to be paid for the benefit of said child shall be
detennined from time to time by the need of said child. and the amounts and
times of said payments shall be determined by such need. The said
payments may be made by my said Trustee directly to said child. if, in the
sole opinion of my Trustee. the said child is of such age and ability to
handle properly the funds so paid to such child, or may be made by my said
Trustee directly to the person having the custody and care of the said child.
or may be made by my said Trustee directly to any institution entitled to
such payment by reason of services rendered or to be rendered to said child
3. To pay the accumulated income and principal then remaining in
Trustee's hands to the said child, when the child shall have attained the age
of twenty-three (23) years.

4. I direct that the interests of all beneficiaries in the Trost hereby
created, whether in the principal or income thereof, shall be flee from
liability to attachment or other legal process issued at the instam:e of any
creditor or assignee of such beneficiary, and I direct that no payment shall
be made by way of anticipation of sums which may thereafter:accrue to any
beneficiary.
5. If the Trustee has taken into the Trost Estate any real estate,
and as Trostee considers it feasible to sell the same, I hereby authorize,
empower and direct the said Trustee to sell at public or private sale or sales,
and to convey any such real estate to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,
and to give good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same.
6. In the event a corporate trustee is administering the trust and
the funds available are so low as to make the expenses, costs, and fees

unduly burdensome to the trost, the trost may be dissolved and the funds
turned over to a guardian or to STEPHANIE, herself, if she has reached the

reference. Should said TRUST AGREEMENT be altered or amended in any way.

having been made after the date of this will because the TRUST as established
provided for the making of alterations or amendments.
C. I wish it to be known hereby that I love both of my children dearly and
equally and any possible eventual differences in the amount or sizes of the shares
they might eventually receive of my entire assets is not meant to hurt or favor either
of them. It is my desire that they will both continue to get along with each as caring
and loving brother and sister.

previous manner, Trustee shall apply for Settlor's son's benefit as much of the net income and
principal of this trust as Trustee may from time to time think. advisable for Settlor's son's support

ALSO, SETILOR wishes it to be clearly
understood that the intent of this Trust, so far as it relates to ~er son, DAVID, is to suppl~nt and
not to replace any gOvernment benefits that are now or may in the future be available to DA ViD.
Specifically, available government benefits are to be used first to supply the basic, normal
necessities of life with the Trustee then looking to the principal of the Trust only as a supplement to
any such basic governmental support or subsidy.
SIXlH:
A.
ALSO, SETILOR HEREBY
CONFERS upon Trustee the power and authority to hire and meet with Consultants
and other professionals concerning what might be best for Settlor's son's physicai
and emotional well-being in terms of any special programs or the like that might be
available to him or for him whether the same be operated by a governmental, a
private for profit, or a private not for profit, entity or organization. . If in Trustee's
sole discretion, any such programs are advisable for David's emotional or physical
well-being, funds from the Trust may be used for entering or obtaining such
programs.
B. Trustee shall also have the power to hire and meet with consultants
knowledgeable on the subject of the availability of funds or benefits from
governmental or other sources on account of any disability of Settlor's son to advise

Trustee concerning the availability of such funds or benefits. Trustee shall be
entitled to rely upon the advice and information obtained from such Advisor and
shall not be liable for any act or omission on the pan of the Trustee attributable
theteto. The reasonable costs of retaining legal and/or professional services shall be
tint paid out of the Trust's income and then out of principal.
SBVENTH: Upon the death of the Survivor of Settlor
and Settlor's son, DAVID HOLLAND, Trustee shall then divide the then remaining principal and
any income accumulated thereon and distribute it as follows:
A. one-half (112) of any balance then remaining shall be distributed
outright and absolutely to Settlor's daughter, SHARON SOWERS.
B. one-half (112) of any balance then remaining shall be distributed to
Settlor's granddaughter, STEPHANIE SOWERS. In the event she is a minor at the
time of this distribution Settlor appoints SlEPHANIE'S mother, SHARON
SOWERS, to act as Trustee of the funds she hereby receives. In the event
SHARON SOWERS is unable to serve as Trustee of such funds, Settlor appoints
PNC BANK. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, to serve as such Trustee for the
following purposes:
I. The income from said Trust Estate, as well as so much of the
principal as is needed according to the discretion of the Trustee, shall be
used and expended for the support and maintenance, including medical,
surgical and hospital care, and college education, or other such formal
education, such as any internship, apprenticeship, residence, clerkship, or
the like of my granddaughter. STEPHANIE SOWERS. The decision of my
Trustee as to the completion of formal education by her shall be final.
2. The amount to be paid for the benefit of said child shall be
determined from time to time by the need of said child, and the amounts and
times of said payments shall be determined by such need. The said
payments may be made by my said Trustee directly to said child, if, in the
sole opinion of my Trustee, the said child is of such age and ability to

handle properly the tunds SO paid to such child, or may be made by my said
Trustee directly to the person baving the custody and care of the said cbild,
or may be made by my said Trustee directly to any institution entitled to
such payment by reason of services rendered or to be rendered to said child.
3. To pay tht: accumulated income and principal then remaining in
Trustee's bands to the said child, when the child shall have attained the age
of twenty-three (23) years.

created. whether in the principal or income thereof, shall be free from
liability to attachment or other legal process issued at the instance of any
creditor or assignee of such beneficiary, and I direct that no payment shall
be made by way of anticipation of sums which may thereafter accrue to any
beneficiary.
5. . . If the Trustee bas taken into the Trust Estate any mtl estate,
and as Trustee considers it feasible to sell the same, I hereby authorize,
empower and direct the said Trustee to sell at public or private sale or sales,
and to convey any such real estate to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,
and to give good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same.
6. In the event a corporate trustee is administering the trust and
the funds available are so low as to make the expenses, costs, and fees
unduly burdensome to the trust. the trust may be dissolved and the funds
turned over to a guardian or to STEPHANIE, herself, if she has reached the
age of eighteen (18) years as the case may be.
C. In the event SHARON fails to survive Settlor or Settlor's son as the
case may be, such share shall be distributed to STEPHANIB as per the conditions
outlined above. In the event STEPHANIE fails to survive Settlor or Settlor's son
as the case may be, such share shall be distributei to SHARON. In the event they
both fail to surviYe Settlor or Settlor's son as the case may be, then all to 1RINITY

EIGHTH: The principal and income of this trust shall be
free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obllgat!!"1 of Settlor and shall not be subject to any

NINTH: Trustee shall have the following powers in
addition to those vested in it by law and by other provisions of this trust, applicable to all property,
whether principal or income, exercisable without comt approval, and effective until actual
dlllribudon of all property:
A. To retain any or aU of the assets of this trust, real or personal,
including stock of Trustee, without regard to any principle of diversification or risk.
B. To invest in all forms of property, including stock, common trust
funds and mortgage investment funds, without restriction to 'investments authorized
for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as it deems proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification or risk.
C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange, or to lease for any period
of time, any real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges or
leases, for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as it deems proper.
D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to
each as Trustee from time to time thinks proper in its sole discretion.
E. To hold property in the name of Settlor, or in his name without
designation of any fiduciary capacity, or in the name of a nominee or unregistered.
TENTH: Subject to the approval of Trustee, anyone
may add property, real or personal, to the principal of this trust by deed, will or otherwise.
