B. one-half (112) of any balance then remaining shall be distributed to Settlor's granddaughter, STEPHANIE SOWERS. In the event she is a minor at the time of this distribution Settlor appoints SlEPHANIE'S mother, SHARON SOWERS, to act as Trustee of the funds she hereby receives. In the event SHARON SOWERS is unable to serve as Trustee of such funds, Settlor appoints PNC BANK. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, to serve as such Trustee for the following purposes: I. The income from said Trust Estate, as well as so much of the principal as is needed according to the discretion of the Trustee, shall be used and expended for the support and maintenance, including medical, surgical and hospital care, and college education, or other such formal education, such as any internship, apprenticeship, residence, clerkship, or the like of my granddaughter. The amount to be paid for the benefit of said child shall be determined from time to time by the need of said child, and the amounts and times of said payments shall be determined by such need.
