in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 2317 Gettysburg Road,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011 and more particularly bounded and described in Cumberland
County Deed Book 112, Page No. 1170, et seq.

compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as
amended, 53 P. S. §7101, et M.
