COMPLAINT
Plaintiffis Andrea H. Erwin, an adult individual, who currently resides at 859 Mandy Lane,
Camp Hill, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011.
Defendant is Paul M. Erwin, an adult individual, who currently resides at 859 Mandy Lane,
Camp Hill, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011.
.The Parties have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least
slx months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
The Plaintiff and the defendant were married on June 30, 2001, at New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania.
There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties.
The marriage is irretrievably broken.
The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of counseling and that the Plaintiff may
have the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling.
Plaintiff requests the court to enter a decree of divorce. _?
