cause, why Petitioner. Heather Bremer, is not entitled to the relief
requested;

days of service of this Petition upon the Respondents;
3. The Petition shall be decided under Pa. R.C.P. No. 206.7;

Summary Judgment [Local Rule 1 035(a)], parties shall follow the
procedures for disposition set forth in those rules.
