On Friday, February 2, 2007, we became aware of your November 3, 2006, NOTICE TO FILE
STATUS REPORT sent to Mr. Brothers III and the notice of hearing that was scheduled for January 22, 2007,
in front of Judge Bayley. Please find the enclosed STATUS REPORT UNDER RULE 6.12. We are counsel
for Mr. Brothers III in case number 2006-158, the personal injury action arising out of his father's death. Please
enter my appearance as counsel for the personal representative in the Estate.
At this time, administration of the Estate is not complete. The Estate was opened for the purpose of
litigation, and the personal-injury lawsuit is ongoing. Please direct future correspondence and notices to my
attention. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
