Plaintiff, BANKERS FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., is a Pennsylvania corporation with a registered fictitious name of USA HOME LOANS ("USA Home Loans"), with an office located at 505 Hansen Avenue, Butler, Pennsylvania 16001. USA Home Loans was improperly designated as Mark Campisi tld/b/a USA Home Loans in the district justice proceeding below. 2. Defendant, DETWEILER ENTERPRISES, INC. ("Detweiler"), is a corporation with an office located at 3310 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. On or about June 27, 2000, Detweiler and USA Home Loans entered into a lease for approximately 695 feet of space known as Suite B, Second Floor, 5137 Devonshire Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112. A copy of the lease is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4. The lease expired on January 31, 2001. 5. USA Home Loans has received from Detweiler neither the return of its security deposit under the lease, nor a written notification from Detweiler itemizing any alleged deductions from the security deposit. 6. USA Home Loans is entitled to return of its security deposit in the amount of $695.00, plus interest, late charges, and reasonable attorneys' fees. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the amount of Six Hundred Ninety Five and no/lOO Dollars ($695.00), plus interest at the rate of six percent per year from February 1,2001 until time of judgment, plus late charges, attorneys' fees and costs.
