Wall, Owners ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described as follows: 427 Pine Road Mount Holly Springs, pA 17065 Tax Property Map: 031 Parcel Number: 40-30-2642-031 ("Premises") for sewer services rendered from March 6, 2002 to November 6, 2002. ordinances. 2. Said services were rendered pursuant to applicable rate resolutions and Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Customer Billing History File for Owner's account with South Middleton Township Municipal Authority, ("the Authority") of which $462.62 for the above period was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises, and for which sm, with interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945 P.L. 382, 53 P.S. §§ 301 et seq., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER. BRENNEMAN & SPAre Claims and Tax liens Act, May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. §§ 7101 et seq., as supplemented and amended. 3. The Authority has incurred and will continue to incur attomey fees in the collection of this delinquent account and claims those fees as a lien against the Premises.
