PETITION
1. Petitioner is Sharon Correale, an adult individual residing at 1821 Willow Road,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Respondent is Joseph Correale, an adult individual whose last known address was
2900 Society Hill Drive, Apt. 1009, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011.
3. On August 15, 1997, the Court entered an Order for alimony in the amount of
$1,200.00 per month beginning with the entry of a Divorce Decree and continuing for five (5) years.
Thereafter, Respondent was to pay $1,000.00 per month, indefinitely. A copy of said Order is
attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and marked Exhibit "A".
4. Respondent's last payment was made for June, 2006, and current arrears are in
excess of $8,000.00.
5. Respondent has willfully failed to obey said Order by refusing to pay according to
this Court's Order.
6. Respondent has been and continues to be financially able to make full payment
with respect to said Order.
7. As a result of Respondent's failure to pay said Order, Petitioner has been forced to
retain the services of an attorney to pursue contempt proceedings and has incurred attorney fees and
expenses.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that your Honorable Court enter an
Order adjudicating Respondent in contempt of Court, and further, direct incarceration to be pursued
by full compliance with the Order of August 15, 1997. Petitioner further requests This Honorable
Court order the Respondent to pay interest with respect to all monies past due, pay counsel fees and
costs with respect to this Petition and the enforcement of this Court's Order, pay a fine in accordance
with the applicable Statute, and any other relief the Court deems just and proper.

AND NOW, this day of August, 1997, following argument on exceptions
to the Master's Report, it is ordered and directed that the economic issues in. this divorce case
be resolved as follows:
1. The following marital assets with the following valuations shall become the property
of the wife:
Marital residence at 1821 Willow Road,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (appraised value
of $95,000.00 less first mortgage balance
of $29,058.32) $ 65,941.68
Certificate of Deposit at Meridian $ 11,060.03
IRA in name of Joseph M. Correale
with Dean Witter Reynolds $ 21,414.00
IRA in name of Sharon J. Correale
with Dean Witter Reynolds $ 4,100.00
1993 Saturn Automobile $ 7,500.00
PNC Bank Account $ 2,874.00
Household tangible personal property $ 1,885.00

2. The following marital asset with the following valuation shall become the property
of the husband:
J.M. Correale Enterprises, Inc. $125.202.00
TOTAL . $125,202.00
3. The parties shall sign all titles and documents necessary to transfer ownership of
assets assigned to each of the parties as herein provided in order to distribute the assets,
including the title to the real estate at 1821 Willow Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. With
respect to said real estate, the wife shall take said property subject to the existing mortgage and
will indemnify and hold husband harmless on account of any claims made by the mortgagee on
account of the outstanding balance due and owing on the mortgage.
4. The husband shall be responsible for the payments of a personal line of credit with a
balance of approximately $12,294 and will indemnify and hold wife harmless on -account of
any claims which may be made, by the holder of the line of credit (Corestates Bank) against
wife on account of the obligation.
5. Any interest accumulated on cash accounts since the date of valuation of the account
to the date of final distribution shall become the sole and separate property of the wife.
6. The husband shall maintain a policy or policies of life insurance on his life naming
wife as the sole beneficiary in the sum of at least $50,000. Husband shall provide evidence
annually to the wife that said policy is in effect..
7. The husband shall pay as alimony to the wife the sum of $1,200 per month through
the Cumberland County Domestic Relations Office to begin upon the entry of a divorce decree
in these proceedings and to be paid for a period of five (5) years. Thereafter, the amount of
alimony payable per month shall be reduced to $1;000 per month, indefinitely. The amount
and duration of alimony shall be subject to modification and termination on petition of either
party as allowed under Section 3701(e) of the Domestic Relations Code. Specific termination
provisions in the Domestic Relations Code will also apply.
8. Each of the parties shall bear his or her own counsel fees and costs.
9. A decree in divorce, in the usual form, shall be entered of even date herewith.

the Plaintiff for Contempt and upon the agr ent of the parties as expressed by their
counsel, we hereby order as follows:
1. The Defendant Joseph M. Correale shall, before the end of May 2007, resume
the monthly alimony payments of $1,000.00. He shall make those payments through the
Cumberland County Domestic Relations Office and the State Collection Unit.
2. The total arrears owed on the order as of this date, which the parties will confirm
through their records and the Domestic Relations Office records, but which they believe to
be approximately $10,000.00, will be paid by Defendant, again through the Domestic
Relations Office and its collection unit, before 31 December 2007.
3. In addition to the above, Defendant will pay Plaintiff, on or before December 31,
2007, the sum of $750.00 as attorneys' fees.
4. The hearing which had been scheduled for May 24, 2007 is hereby continued to

by this order between now and the date of that hearing, or if the parties are able to resolve
this matter otherwise by agreement, counsel for the parties will notify the court at least two

MOTION FOR HEARING
1. Sharon J. Correale is an adult individual residing at 1821 Willow Road, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011, and is the named Defendant in the above
captioned Action.
2. Defendant, Joseph M. Correale is an adult individual, residing at 2900 Society
Hill Drive, Apt. 1009, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011. Defendant is represented by Samuel L.
Andes, Esquire, 525 N. 12th Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
3. On September 27, 2007, The Honorable Kevin Hess, entered an Order upon
Stipulation of the parties. No. 3 of this Court's Order indicates that "in the event the arrearages
have not been paid in full by the end of calendar year 2007,. . . . we will schedule the hearing at
the request of either party.' A true and correct copy of this Court's Order of September 27,
2007, is attached hereto, incorporated herein by referenced, and marked Exhibit "A".
4. Plaintiff granted Defendant an extension to April, 2008, to bring the arrears
current.
5. Plaintiff avers that the arrearages have not been paid in full as set forth, and
hereby requests that a hearing be scheduled by the Court.
WHEREFORE, Defendant requests this Honorable Court schedule a hearing in
the above-captioned matter.

Priority: Withholding for support has priority over any other legal process under State law against the same income(USC 42

Combining Payments: When remitting payments to an SDU or Tribal CSE agency, you may combine withheld amounts from
more than one employee/obligor's income in a single payment.You must, however, separately identify each employee/
obligor's portion of the payment.
Payments To SDU: You must send child support payments payable by income withholding to the appropriate SDU or to a
Tribal CSE agency. If this IWO instructs you to send a payment to an entity other than an SDU (e.g., payable to the custodial
party, court, or attorney), you must check the box above and return this notice to the sender. Exception: If this IWO was sent
by a Court,Attorney, or Private Individual/Entity and the initial order was entered before January 1, 1994 or the order was
issued by a Tribal CSE agency, you must follow the"Remit payment to" instructions on this form.
Reporting the Pay Date: You must report the pay date when sending the payment.The pay date is the date on which the
amount was withheld from the employee/obligor's wages. You must comply with the law of the State(or Tribal law if
applicable)of the employee/obligor's principal place of employment regarding time periods within which you must implement
the withholding and forward the support payments.
Multiple IWOs: If there is more than one IWO against this employee/obligor and you are unable to fully honor all IWOs due to
Federal, State, or Tribal withholding limits, you must honor all IWOs to the greatest extent possible, giving priority to current
support before payment of any past-due support. Follow the State or Tribal law/procedure of the employee/obligor's principal
place of employment to determine the appropriate allocation method.
Lump Sum Payments: You may be required to notify a State or Tribal CSE agency of upcoming lump sum payments to this
employee/obligor such as bonuses, commissions, or severance pay. Contact the sender to determine if you are required to
report and/or withhold lump sum payments.
Liability: If you have any doubts about the validity of this IWO, contact the sender. If you fail to withhold income from the
employee/obligor's income as the IWO directs,you are liable for both the accumulated amount you should have withheld and
any penalties set by State or Tribal law/procedure.
Anti-discrimination: You are subject to a fine determined under State or Tribal law for discharging an employee/obligor from
employment, refusing to employ, or taking disciplinary action against an employee/obligor because of this IWO.

the employer/income withholder is located or the maximum amount permitted under section 303(4)of the CCPA(115 U.S.C. 1673(b)).
Depending upon applicable State or Tribal law,you may need to also consider the amounts paid for health care premiums in
determining disposable income and applying appropriate withholding limits.
