Petitioner is Sharon Correale, an adult individual residing at 1821 Willow Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Respondent is Joseph Correale, an adult individual whose last known address was 2900 Society Hill Drive, Apt. 1009, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011. 3. On August 15, 1997, the Court entered an Order for alimony in the amount of $1,200.00 per month beginning with the entry of a Divorce Decree and continuing for five (5) years. Thereafter, Respondent was to pay $1,000.00 per month, indefinitely. A copy of said Order is attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and marked Exhibit "A". 4. Respondent's last payment was made for June, 2006, and current arrears are in excess of $8,000.00. 5. Respondent has willfully failed to obey said Order by refusing to pay according to this Court's Order. 6. Respondent has been and continues to be financially able to make full payment with respect to said Order. 7. As a result of Respondent's failure to pay said Order, Petitioner has been forced to retain the services of an attorney to pursue contempt proceedings and has incurred attorney fees and expenses. s WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that your Honorable Court enter an Order adjudicating Respondent in contempt of Court, and further, direct incarceration to be pursued by full compliance with the Order of August 15, 1997. Petitioner further requests This Honorable Court order the Respondent to pay interest with respect to all monies past due, pay counsel fees and costs with respect to this Petition and the enforcement of this Court's Order, pay a fine in accordance with the applicable Statute, and any other relief the Court deems just and proper. The parties shall sign all titles and documents necessary to transfer ownership of assets assigned to each of the parties as herein provided in order to distribute the assets, including the title to the real estate at 1821 Willow Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. With respect to said real estate, the wife shall take said property subject to the existing mortgage and will indemnify and hold husband harmless on account of any claims made by the mortgagee on account of the outstanding balance due and owing on the mortgage. 4. The husband shall be responsible for the payments of a personal line of credit with a balance of approximately $12,294 and will indemnify and hold wife harmless on -account of any claims which may be made, by the holder of the line of credit (Corestates Bank) against wife on account of the obligation. 5. Any interest accumulated on cash accounts since the date of valuation of the account to the date of final distribution shall become the sole and separate property of the wife. 6. The husband shall maintain a policy or policies of life insurance on his life naming wife as the sole beneficiary in the sum of at least $50,000. Husband shall provide evidence annually to the wife that said policy is in effect.. 7. The husband shall pay as alimony to the wife the sum of $1,200 per month through the Cumberland County Domestic Relations Office to begin upon the entry of a divorce decree in these proceedings and to be paid for a period of five (5) years. Thereafter, the amount of alimony payable per month shall be reduced to $1;000 per month, indefinitely. The amount and duration of alimony shall be subject to modification and termination on petition of either party as allowed under Section 3701(e) of the Domestic Relations Code. Specific termination provisions in the Domestic Relations Code will also apply. 8. Each of the parties shall bear his or her own counsel fees and costs. 9.
