Pennsylvaina, as inore specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and
attached hereto.

cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner

to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid
by Owner . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot
wide street, said point being the northeastern comer of Lot No. 93; thence along said right-of-
way line along a curve to the right having a radius of 1,475.00 feet and an arc length of 82.01
feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of North 78 degrees 04 minutes 09 second East a
distance of 82.00 feet to a point, said point being the northwestern comer of Lot No. 91; thence
along the western line of said lot South 10 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of
123.26 feet to a point, said point being the northeastern comer of Lot No. 89; thence along the
northern line of said lot South 75 degrees 10 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 75.14 feet to
a point, said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 93; thence along the eastern line of
said lot North 13 degrees 31 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of 127.06 feet to a point, the
place of BEGINNING.
