William Schab, being sworn, states as follows:
1. On January 15, 2002, judgment was entered against Elmer J.
Slaseman and in favor of Irwin and Steve Dayon in the Justice of
the Peace Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Sussex County,
Court No. 17. The judgment was $15,980 plus interest from January
15, 2002, at 6.25%.
2. On May 3, 2002, the judgment was transferred to the Superior
Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Sussex County.
3. The judgment has not been paid as of this date and the
judgment is valid, enforceable and unsatisfied.
