NOTICE is hereby given that the First and Final Account of Community Trust Company,
Trustee of The May M. Moore Five-Year Charitable Lead Annuity Trust Under Agreement dated
November 7, 7, 2001, and as Amended on August 6, 2002, and the corresponding Petition for
Adjudication of the First and Final Account with Statement of Proposed Distribution, have been
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court division of the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on or before March 23,2007, and that the clerk will present

the same to the Court for confirmation and audit on April 24, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Any person who
objects to the transactions shown in the First and Final Account, the Petition for Adjudication,
and the Statement of Proposed Distribution must file written objections with the Clerk on or
before April 24, 2007 at 9:00 a.m., or the Court may otherwise assume that no objections exist or
that any objections have been waived.
A copy of the First and Final Account of the Trustee, the Trust Agreement, the Petition
for Adjudication of First and Final Account, and the Statement of Proposed Distribution are
enclosed herewith.
