Whereas, Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Contractor for the erection of a single dwelling house upon a lot known as 704 Cur-Lee Lane, White Rock Acres, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being also known as Lot No. 272, on a Subdivision Plan, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 39, Page 25, more fully described as follows: ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a Plan prepared by Robert E. Steffler, R. S., and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 39, Page 25. BEGINNING at a point in cui de sac of Cur-Lee Lane at corner of Lot No. 273, Section M, thence along Lot No. 273 South 8 degrees 47 minutes 19 seconds East 250.73 feet to a point; thence North 83 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds West 188.00 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 271, North 5 degrees 46 minutes 48 seconds West 234.51 feet; thence along southern edge of Cur-Lee Lane North 83 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 125.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence along cui de sac of Cur-Lee Lane by a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc length of 54.534 feet on a chord bearing of south 67 degrees 32 minutes 37 seconds East to a point, the place of BEGINNING. Designated as Lot 272, Section M, White Rock Acres I ,"\ --t.1-- Now, February ....~. 2007, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the construction contract aforesaid, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the Owner making of the said contract with Contractor, and intending to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. .
