STIPULATION AGAINST MECHANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, ROBERT T. WALKER AND VIRGINIA I. WALKER, of 9924 Lost Trail
Way, Potomac, Maryland entered into a contract with MARK LOOT BUILDING, INC.,
Contractor, of P.O. Box 128, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to provide
materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of a residence, upon the following
tract of land located in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
specifically described as follows, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Lot No. 156 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Indian Hills Section No.3,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
in Plan Book 86, Page 126, the same being numbered as more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point of the eastern right of way of Buttonwood Court (a 50 foot
wide right of way) of the aforementioned Plan; thence along the dividing lines between Lot No.
156 and Lot No. 155, North 05 degrees 56 minutes 44 seconds East 186.50 feet to a point;
thence along a storm drainage easement South 85 degrees 16 minutes 05 seconds East 120.03
feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 156 and Lot No. 157, South 05 degrees 56 minutes 44
seconds West 189.04 feet to a point; thence along the western right-of-way of Buttonwood
Court (a 50 foot wide right of way) along Lot No. 156, North 84 degrees 03 minutes 16
seconds West 120.00 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 22,532.72 Square Feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties as
part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a Mechanics'
Lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten
days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such
case provided.
