surviving spouse is 3% [72 P.S. S9116 (a) (1. (i)).
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0%

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.5. S9116

Since no commercial enterprises will be permitted which could destroy the desirability and beauty of this
natural woodland, the seller reserves an oil, water, and mineral rights. However this does not prohibit the
development of a water well for private use, except where public water is provided. At such time as a pub-
lic or private water company is available, the hookup fee shall Dot exceed $250.00. The Seller covenants
