AND NOW, February 8, 2007, after hearing, this Court finds Karl Rominger in
Contempt for failure to give his deposition as he was Ordered to do on two separate
occasions. A fine in the amount of $500.00 is hereby ORDERED in addition to counsel
fees for a total amount of $5,662.83, as per Response Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
Said Karl Rominger has sixty (60) days from this date within which to make
arrangements to payoff said fine and costs.
