STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHERE~S, CHRISTOPHER J. PETRONE and AMANDA M. PETRONE, the OWNER of the real estate described
below, tfas or is about to execute a contract with CARLSON CONSTRUCTION, INC., whose principal business
address is 1208 SUMMIT WAY, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050, to construct a single family dwelling upon lands
situate at LOT #1A ARCONA ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, and more
particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "An attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, this' 1- day of Ch1l.<.A.~ ,2007, before any authority had been given by
CARLSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. to commence work 0 said facilities, or purchase materials for same, in
consideration of making of the above-described Contract with CHRISTOPHER J. PETRONE and AMANDA M.
PETRONE, Owner, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contractor by
CHRISTOPHER J. PETRONE and AMANDA M. PETRONE, Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
it is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land above-
described, or upon CHRISTOPHER J. PETRONE and AMANDA M. PETRONE, the Owner, by the general
contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting
through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said facilities, under
said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facilities, the land
above-described, and CHRISTOPHER J. PETRONE and AMANDA M. PETRONE, the Owner, being hereby
expressly waived by the general contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or workmen and other
acting through or under them.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of lot of land situate in Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the center line of L.R. 21093 at the southern line of
lands now or. late of Giese; thence along said center line South 23 degrees 32' minutes
East 85 feet to a point; thence through a monument at the western line of said State
Highway and then along the northern line of land now or late of Health South 40 degrees
41 minutes West 104.20 feet to a stake; thence continuing along said lands South 68
degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West 90.08 feet to a stake; thence continuing along said
lands South 79 degrees 24 minutes West 283.60 feet to a stake; thence along lands now
or late of Klinedinst North 03 degrees 41 minutes West 260.49 feet to a stake; thence
along land now or late of Geise South 87 degrees 37 minutes East 413.41 feet to a
monument atthe western line of said State Highway and through to the said center line of
said L.R. 21093, the place of BEGINNING.
