Advancement Agreement For Trust #1 0172726BNO
Dear Co-Executors:
On 5/24/06 I received written direction to sell the assets in the above-referenced trust. The proceeds were placed
in a money market fund held in this trust. The current market value of this trust is $278,754.91. The money
market has a current yield of 3.9%.
As co-executors for the estate of Margaret E. Miller, you will be sent our Approval, Release and Indemnification in
order to close the trust informally. You may anticipate receiving this document from an officer in our Distribution
Unit at a later date.
In the meantime, attached is an agreement to refund an advance distribution from this trust to the Margaret E.
Miller Estate Directed Account at Mellon Bank. Kindly respond to this email, via email, acknowledging and
agreeing to this attachment. Upon receipt from both of you as co-executors of your positive responses, a
timely advance distribution will be made.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Terry Kurek
