The undersigned, Kathy M Peyton, Agent for ERI FINANCIAL SERVICES, has accepted
a settlement in the amount of $413 .99, satisfying the claim filed in this proceeding on behalf of
the Creditor. This satisfaction and Release of Claim is executed to acknowledge discharge of the
claim and to release the estate and personal representative from all further liability in respect to
the date of death liability on account number 2116041005335311.
