LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, THOMAS D. EPPLEY, of 21 Humer Street, Enola, County of
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking any and all prior
wills and codicils, in manner following, that is to say,
FIRST, that I direct that my Personal Representative shall
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as this
shall be practicable.
SECOND, that I give and bequeath the sum of Six Hundred
Dollars ($600.00) to my grandson, NAZARETH EPPLEY.
THIRD, that I direct that my real estate, vehicle or
vehicles, my tools, furniture, and all of the rest, residue, and
remainder of my estate shall be sold, and the proceeds shall be
divided equally among my children, per stirpes; that is, if any of
my children have predeceased me, then the share of said
predeceased child shall be divided equally among his or her
surviving children.
FOURTH, that I hereby appoint my daughter DARLENE BARCLAY and
my son CHESTER EPPLEY as the Co-executors of my estate. I direct
that my Personal Representatives shall not be required to post
bond in this or in any other jurisdiction. I further direct that
the maximum commission for each to act as Executor is Five Hundred
