LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, DOROTHY M. SCHAEFFER, of R. D. 2, Shippensburg, South-.
ampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND. I gtve, devise and bequeath all my property, real, pez'-
sonal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved.
husband, BLAKE W. SCHEAFFER, absolutely.
THIRD. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband,
BLAKE W. SCHEAFFER, the sole Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
FOURTH. PrOvided, however, that if my said husband, BLAKE W.
SCHAEFFER, should predecease me or if we should die in a common
disaster, then in either of said ~ents, I ~ive, devise and be-
queath all my property, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, in equal shares, share and share alike, to
my two sons,to wit: One equal share to my Bon, TED WILLIAM
SCHAEFFER, and one equal share to my Bon, HICHAary L. SCHAEFFER.
Provided further, that if either of my sons should predecease me,
