IV - All taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed
shall be considered a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate/ and my personal representative or representatives
shall have the absolute power in his or her discretion to pay the
same at once whether or not the law under which they are imposed
permits the postponement of all or part of them to a later time.

this/ my Last Will and Testament. Should she fail to qualify or
cease to act as such/ then I appoint my grandchildren, Robert W.
Sipe and Virginia M. Gardner, Coexecutors of this, my Last Will
and Testament. None cf my personal representatives shall be
required to post bond in this or any jurisdiction.

I, FLORENCE V. BLOSER of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,.declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-

I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical
after my death.
II - I devise and bequeath unto my daughter[ Lois J.
Sipe, .the residential real estate which I may own at the time of
my death[ along with all my tangible personal property[ including
but not limited tOt automobile [ household goods[ furniture [ fur-
nishings and personal effects. Should my said daughter predecease
met then I devise and bequeath these assets to her issue per
stirpes.

remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wheresoever situate
in three equal shares to my daughter[ Lois J. Sipe, and my grand-
children, Robert W. Sipe and Virginia M. Gardner. My executor
shall[ however, from the residuary share of any of my grandchild-
ren, distribute in his or::her behalf directly to a first mortgage
so much of the proceeds of his or her share as may be necessary
to payoff and satisfy the remaining first mortgage balance on any
mortgage taken out covering residential property owned by any of
my grandchildren, along with their spouses, and which mortgage was
taken for the purpose of purchasing the said residential property,
it being my intent that from the residuary share of any of my
grandchildren the proceeds be first used in paying off their resi-
dential mortgages. The balance of any such share shall be dis-
