PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
OF THE PERSON OF ADRIANAH RENEE McGEE
The Petitioners, Kenneth E. McGee and Cynthia L. McGee,
his wife, by and thr.ough their attorney, Jerome J. McDonald,
Esquire, file this Petition For Appointment of Guardian of the
Person and in support thereof aver as follows:
1. A. Minor's Name: Adrianah Renee MCGee;
B. Minor's Age: One week;
e. Minor's Address: Adrianah Renee McGee
currently resides with her natural mother and natural
grandparents at 1108 Granada Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
D. Minor's Natural Mother's Name and Address:
Tamara R. McGee, 1108 Granada Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
E. Minor's Natural Father's Name and Address:
Frank E. Todd, c/o Clair E. Gettys, 34 East York Street,
Dillsburg, PA 17019.
F. The minor's natural mother, Tamara R. McGee, is
17 years of age and is cur~entlyan Eleventh Grade student at
Mechanicsburg Senior High School, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
G. The minor's natural father, Frank E. Todd, is
21 years of age and currently unemployed.
2. The Petitioners are Kenneth E. McGee and Cynthia L.
McGee, his wife, the parents of the minor's natural mother and
the natural grandparents of the mi.nor. The Petitioners reside
at 1108 Granada Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. A. The minor I s n.atural mother consents to the
appointment of the Petitioners as Guardians of the person of

the minor.
B. The minor's natural father has not consented to
the appointment of the Petitioners as Guardians of the person
of the minor and has not given any reason why he will not
consent to the appointment.
4. The minor's natural mother is only 17 years of age
and is currently an Eleventh Grade student at Mechanicsburg
Senior High School. The minor's natural mother is unable to
provide support for the minor. The Petitioners are willing to
provide the necessary support for the minor including, but not
limited to, health-insurance coverage. In order for the minor
to be included within the Petitioners' health-insurance.
coverage, the Petitioners must be appointed as Guardians of
the minor.
The natural father had not contacted the natural
mother during the term of pregnancy and has shown no interest
in assisting in the support or upbringing of the minor.
Shortly before the minor was born, the natural father was
contacted and informed that this Petition would be filed. The
natural father is currently unemployed and has not offered to
provide any support, including health-insurance coverage, for
the minor.
5. The proposed Guardians are Kenneth E. McGee and
Cynthia L. McGee, his wife. The proposed Guardians are the
grandparents of the minor. The proposed Guardians reside at
1108 Granada, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Kenneth E. McGee is 45
years of age. Cynthia L. McGee is 40 years of age.
6. The minor does not have any interest in any estates.
7. The proposed Guardians do not have any interest that
is adverse to the minor.
8. The religious persuasion:
A. Natural Mother - Protestant.
B. Natural Father - Unknown.
C. Proposed Guardian, Kenneth E. McGee
Protestant.
