SOPKO, absolutely and in fee simple. 4. In the event my son, RALPH W. SOPKO, should predecease me, her share shall lapse and fall into the residue of my estate. 7. I nominate, constitute and appoint my three children, RALPH W. COOK III, TIMOTHY G. COOK and SANDRA E. SOPKO, to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and if for any reason one or more would be unwilling or unable to act as such, then the remaining children shall serve as Executors.
