I, ABRAHAM OTIS THUMMA, of Newville R. D. #3, Upper Frankford
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my
last will and revoke any Will previously made by me.
ITEM ONE. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker, shall be paid from my residuary estate,
as soon as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expense
of the administration of my estate.
ITEM TWO. I give, devise and bequeath all cash, savings accounts
in banks or other institutions, and personal property of any kind'
and wherever'situate to Trustee named herein in trust to hold,
manage, invest and re- invest the same, to collect the income, and
out of the net income and if the net income is insufficient then
out of principal, and to pay periodically as Trustee deems fit for
the support, welfare, and maintenance of my wife LOVINA SARAH
THUMMA for her lifetime. Upon her decease I direct that theprin-
cipa1 of the trust and accrued income be divided among my children
living at the time of the decease of my wife, equally, share and
share alike. It is my intention that only children living at the
time of the decease of my wife share and that no children or issue
of any child share in the estate or ,in the trust proceeds. In the
event that my wife does not survive me by 60 days, or in the event
that she predeceases me, then I give and bequeath the above por-
tion of my estate to my children living at the time of my decease,
equally, share and share alike, with no share passing to the
children or issue of a child.

ITEM THREE. I give and devise the residue of my estate to my wife
LOVINA SARAH THUMMA, if she survives me by 60 days: otherwise I
give and devise the residue of my estate to my children living at
the time of my decease, equally, share and share alike, with no
share passing to the children or issue of a child.
ITEM FOUR. All estate, inheritance, succession and other taxes,
imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and
penalties thereon, with respect to all property'comprising my
gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not such property passes
under this will, shall be paid out of the principal of my
residuary estate, without apportionment or right of reimbursement.

ITEM FIVE. I authorize my executor and his or her successors to
exercise the following powers, in addition to those gi.ven by law,
to be exercised in his sole discretion.
A. To retain any real or personal property which may at any time
form a part of my estate as long as he deems advisable.
B. To invest in any real or pe'rsona1 property without restriction
to legal investments.
C. To repair, alter, improve or lease for any period of time any
real or persoryal property and to give options for leases.
D. To sell at public or private sale, for cash or credit, wi.th or
