I, ALVIN A. HEIDNER, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke
all wills which: have previously made,
I, I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all of my
just debts, funeral and burial expenses and all estate,
inheritanoe, transfer and suooession taxes whioh may beoome due
and payable by reason of my death, together with interest and
penalties thereon, and expenses of administration of my estate as
soon as may be convenient after my deoease.
II, I bequeath my automobiles and personal effects, such
household goods, if any, as may be my individual property and not
the property of my wife or owned jointly by me with her, and
other tangible personalty of like nature (not inoluding cash or
seourities), together with any existing insuranoe thereon, to my
wife, ANGENETTE W, HEIDNER, if she shall survive me,
III, If. my said wife, ANOENETTE W. HEIDNER, shall survive me,
I give and bequeath to my wife the sum of Fifty Thousand
($50,000) Dollars to be paid to her immediately upon my decease,
IV. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate in equal shares to my two daughters,
ELIZABETH H. JOHENNING and CAROLYN ANN GATES, if living; and if
