WHEREAS, ALVIN J. DILLER, late of the Township of Lower
Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died on February 10,
1994, intestate, and Letters of Administration were duly issued
to Rosemary F. Claar, the sister and sole next-of-kin of said
decedent by the Register of Wills of Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania.
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, ROSEMARY F.
CLAAR, being the sole next-of-kin of the said decedent and the
person entitled to share in the distribution of his Estate, do
hereby declare and say that I have examined the First and Final
Account of Rosemary F. Claar, Administratrix, and find the same
to be true and correot, and in strict accordance with the terms
and provisions of the law, and I, ROSEMARY F. CLAAR,
distributee as aforesaid, do hereby acknowledge that I, this
day have, had and received of and from ROSEMARY F. CLAAR,
Administratrix of the Estate of ALVIN J. DILLER, the cash or
property set opposite nlY name in the Propose"- Distribution in
the above-described Account, in full satisfaction, payment and
discharge of all such sum or sums of money, share and shares,
purparts and divi,dends which were due, owing and payable and
belonging to me, by any means whatsoever, for or on account of
my full share, part or dividend of the estate of ALVIN J.
DILLER, Deceased, and all interest aoorued thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the same ROSEMARY F. CLAAR, distributee
as aforesaid, do by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim
and forever disoharqe the said ROSEMARY F, CLAAR,
Administratrix, her heirs, exeoutors and administrators, of and
from my said share of dividend of the Estate aforesaid, and of
and trom all aotions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of
any act, matter, cause or thinq whatsoever, from the beginning
of the world to the day and date of these presents.
AND desirinq to avoid the delay and expense of the
settlement of said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of
said administration in the Office of the Register of Wills of
said County and by having the balance in the hands of the
Administratrix, as shown by said Account, distributed by the
court of common Pleas of cumberland county - Orphans' court
Division, I do hereby agree that this agreement concerning the
matter of settlement may be J:'eoorded with the same effect upon
me as if the same had been reported upon by said court, and a
deoree of distribution made on suoh report by the said court of
Common Pleas - Orphans' Court Division.
