LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JOHN R. SPANGLER
I, JOHN R. SPANGLER, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM II I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, ELLA M. SPANGLER, if she survives me
by thirty (30) days.
ITEM III Should my wife, ELLA M. SPANGLER, fail to sUlvive me by
thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate as follows I
A. One-sixth thereof to my wife's son, ROBERT A. WEAVER.
B. One-sixth thereof to my wife's son, JACOB T. WEAVER.
C. One-sixth thereof to my wife's granddaughter, ANGEL R.
SPANGLER.
D. One-sixth thereof to my wife's granddaughter, STACEY L.
SPANGLER.
E. One-sixth thereof to my wife's grandson, CHAD E. VOGEL.
F. One-sixth thereof to my wife's granddaughter, STEPHANIE
A. VOGEL.
ITEM 1111 I appoint my Executor and his suooessors guardian of
any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a

minor and with respeot to whioh I am authorized to appoint a guardian
and have not otherwise speoifioally done so, provided that this ap.
pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the
power to use principal as well ae income from time to time for the
minor's support and education (includlng college education, both
graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibili ty, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM IVI I have made no provision in this my last will for my
children, INA CLAIRE, JOHN R. SPANGLER, JR., and SANDRA SPANGLER, as I
do not wish them to receive any share of my estate.
ITEM VI
I appoint my wife's son, ROBERT A. WEAVER, Executor of
this my last will.
ITEM VII No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his/her duties
in any jurlsdicUon.

I, JOHN R. SPANGLER, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM r: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, ELLA M. SPANGLER, if she survives me
by thirty (30) days.
ITEM II: Should my wife, ELLA M. SPANGLER, fail to survive me by
thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate as follows:

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JOHN R. SPANGLER
I, JOHN R. SPANGLER, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
rTEM II I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, ELLA M. SPANGLER, if she survives me
by thirty (30) days.
ITEM III Should my wife, ELLA M. SPANGLER, fail to survive me by
thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate as follows I
A. One-sixth thereof to my wife's son, ROBERT A. WEAVER.
B. One-sixth thereof to my wife' 8 son, JACOB T. WEAVER.
C. One-sixth thereof to my wife's granddaughter, ANGEL R.
SPANGLER.
D. One-sixth thereof to my wife's granddaughter, STACEY L.
SPANGLER.
E. One-sixth thereof to my wife's grandson, CHAD E. VOGEL.
F. One-sixth thereof to my wife's granddaughter, STEPHANIE
A. VOGEL.
ITEM IIII I appoint my Executor and his successors guardian of
any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a

minor and with respeot to whioh I am authorized to appoint a guardian
and have not otherwise speoifioally done so, provided that this ap-
pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduoiary
in its disoretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
to another for the minor's benefit. Suoh guardian shall have the
power to use prinoipal as well as inoome from time to time for the
minor's support and eduoation (inoluding oollege eduoation, both
graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and eduoation, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking oare of the minor.
ITEM IV' I have made no provision in this my last will for my
ohildren, INA CLAIRE, JOHN R. SPANGLER, JR., and SANDRA SPANGLER, as I
do not wish them to reoeive any share of roy estate.
ITEM V,
I appoint my wife's son, ROBERT A. WEAVER, Exeoutor of
this my last will.

bond or enter seourity for the faithful performanoe of his/her duties
